Who We Are

The Society to Educate and Empower the Differently Skilled.

SEED (The Society to Educate and Empower the Differently Skilled) is a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to supporting children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.

Our work focuses on creating an environment where children can learn, develop life skills, and build pathways toward independence.

Children learning

Our Vision

To build a supportive ecosystem where children with autism can learn, grow, develop life skills, and access livelihood opportunities, enabling them to live with dignity and independence.

Our Journey

SEED was founded to address a critical gap: while many children receive schooling, they often lack the skills and opportunities needed for independent living. The school currently operates from a temporary facility while a dedicated campus is being developed in Malamukal, Thiruvananthapuram.
