P. Thankamani
Founder & Principal
With over 42 years in education, including 34 years in special education, Thankamani Teacher is the driving force behind SEED. A recipient of the Kerala Government’s Best Teacher Award (2005), she has dedicated her life to supporting children with special needs and helping them achieve independence and dignity.
T. J. Mathew & Late Sally Mathew
T. J. Mathew and his late wife Sally have been long-time supporters of education and social initiatives. After their careers in the United States, they chose to dedicate their resources to community development in Kerala. They have supported multiple institutions, including National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) and Marion Play Home in Thiruvananthapuram. Their philosophy of giving continues to guide and strengthen SEED’s mission.
Kunchok Viegas
A dedicated special educator and long-time volunteer, Kunchok brings years of hands-on experience working with children with special needs. Her work has been recognised with the Kerala State Government’s Volunteer of the Year Award.
Connell Viegas
With nearly four decades of leadership in the global IT industry, including serving as CEO of RM India, Connell brings strategic and organisational expertise to SEED. He is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives focused on education and social impact.
Adv. Sudha Sudhakaran R
A legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience, Advocate Sudha contributes legal expertise and governance support. She is actively involved in legal awareness initiatives and works with the District Legal Services Authority.
Abhayakumar Nalukettil
An architect and filmmaker, Abhayakumar brings creative and design expertise to SEED’s campus development and broader vision. He is also known for innovative housing initiatives and community work.
Dr. R. Vishwanathan
A respected civil contractor, Dr. Vishwanathan has contributed to major infrastructure projects in Thiruvananthapuram. His expertise supports the planning and development of the SEED campus.
Vimal P Thomas
An education professional with experience at organisations such as Azim Premji Foundation, Central Square Foundation and Mantra4Change, Vimal brings expertise in teacher professional development and large-scale education programs.
